独立媒体人（Jointing.Media,简称JM）旨在打造一个联合媒体、商业和公益领域，跨国界的独立在线媒体。我们秉承广泛、客观、公正的新闻使命，坚持独立的编辑理念，报道公益领域新闻，以倡导中国公民对公共事务的参与和推动全球公民社会的形成为己任。

[u]2. 项目运作方式[/u]
1）JM成员参与工作获得的名义报酬存于其个人网络爱心账户。个人可支配爱心账户里的任意金额，同时资助多个JM挑选的“项目池”里的项目。
2）捐助人购买JM的原创报道后， JM成员的报酬将变现，转化为对项目的实际捐助。
3）JM在实地采访中，对中小型非营利项目作一定了解，并做一定时期的观察，符合条件的项目收录进入“项目池”名目。
4）捐助人可定向捐助，也可非定向捐助。捐助物资和资金将直接到达被捐助方。

JM属志愿性质而非全职工作。JM的稿酬制度比较特殊：JM原创的新闻稿件发布在官网上待售。有人购买，作者的稿酬才能变现。且JM鼓励大家用部分稿酬捐助中国（包括港澳台地区）的中小型公益机构。

[u]2. Operation of JM
[/u]1) Editors,journalists and contributors have their accounts online. They accumulate points according to their contribution to the “News Pool”. Any points to be taken out to donate the projects is welcome.
2) Both company and private donators are the sources of the “Donation Pool”. This in turn will help finance the projects from the “Projects Pool.” [color=Red]Private donators (from RMB 1) [/color]are welcome to help finance our operation. Company donators will help JM to convert the points in the accounts to real cash.
3) JM picks out small and medium-sized non-profit projects to form a “Projects Pool”. JM will make sure the projects that are most trustworthy and most in need.
4) JM is the coordinator who matches news, donations and projects.

All the job roles listed are volunteer-based, not full time jobs.
The contribution of volunteers will be turned into payment only after donator buy the news online. in the meanwhile JM will encourage all the volunteers donate parts of our payment to small and medium-sized public sector in China(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)

根据你上次说的，我把本科学历要求的那条拿掉了。的确，学历限制没必要，既然是“人人公益”，门槛就不用设置那么高。
此外，
- 加了招募的标题，便于内部存档的记录。因为第二期的申请人的ID标号以字母“C”开头（第一期的以B打头）。
- 我把文本的顺序调整了下，细部有修改。
- 关于BD和MO，这块的工作需要个人有一定的资源，在线下圈子里找更靠谱。而且新加入的MO伙伴，答应来规划这个事情。所以，权衡了下还是没放到AD里。
- AD里会放PPT吗？
因为记者和编辑的岗位描述细部有修改，PPT里是否需要相应的修改过来？

我把在线注册的页面改了一遍，改成中英文的了，你看看是不是靠谱，搞不懂为什么要登记星座，呵呵。
申请截止日期的问题
这个跟我们集中推广的时间有关，比如我们集中推广两周，很可能就是四周之内，关注的人比较多。
之后，可能我们会忙着处理邮件、面试什么的。
申请的高峰就自然过去了。
所以，如果没有什么特殊原因，就不用谢截止日期了吧。
ppt我们留着给申请者看吧，其实我们现在网站内容挺好的，大家去看网站反而会更明白我们在做什么。
我第一次看ppt的时候，感觉做的很精美，但是有点复杂，印象不深。
地域的问题
我觉得：
1、我们在这两地有没有投放招聘信息的资源和渠道，如果有的话，定点投放或者请相关人士推荐最好了。
2、如果我们已知的渠道不多，那就只能在AD的末尾加上并强调下，这样就看运气吧。
3、我正好认识一个新加坡的华文老师，可以到时联系他一下。

基本原则是：
- 附带发送FAQ+about JM帮助对方进一步了解JM。
- 鼓励参与式了解JM，即参与目前的一些选题制作。笔端见功夫，此过程也是甄选真正伙伴的过程。
- 选择了多个组的最好根据其过往的特长，劝其选选择一个方向做尝试，并说明今后是可以转移工作方向的。

- 今后会逐步发展JMer本地线下活动。目前以上海为试点，HR主要在做线下的“运动+公益”活动。根据实际情况，HR可以尝试做更多，比如媒体讲座等。
